You are amazing. The list continues to grow.
A couple that you may consider adding, which I don't see are the two course series by David Hoogland Noon's US history (University of Alaska Fairbanks, history 131 and 132), available on Itunes/Podcasts/audio podcasts/higher education/
I have listened to most of them, a while back, and found his style very engaging. He seems to be lecturing to a small group of students. He brings in lots of interesting period trivia into his talks.
Anne
I thought I would add a list of political science courses currently available
Political Science 141B - John R. Zaller Electoral Politics: Public Opinion and Voting Behavior fall 2005 UCLA
Political Science 114B - United States Political Thinking from 1865 Brian Walker spring 2008 UCLA
Political Science 30 - Politics and Strategy - Kathleen Bawn - Winter Quarter 2008 UCLA
Political Science 141B - Electoral Politics: Public Opinion and Voting Behavior - Wesley Hussey, Phil Gussin - Fall Quarter 2007
International Development Studies 100a - Introduction to Development Studies: Economic Development and Culture Change
Document Actions- David Blundell- Summer Quarter 2007 - UCLA
Political Science 10 - Introduction to Political Theory- Brian Douglas Walker- Winter Quarter 2007 - UCLA
PoliSci 106A American Politics: Campaign Strategy - Media - Dan Schnur - spring 2008 - UC berkeley
PLSC 114 - Introduction to Political Philosophy Professor Steven Smith
Fall, 2006 - Yale
POLI 142K - Politics and Warfare - Victor Magagna -UCSD spring 2009 (limited engagement)
I haven't listened to all of these, but have sampled them, so can't give thorough reviews
Hey Saeed, thanks for the great comments. I have reviewed an previous cycle of Politics and Warfare (Magagna on UCSD - POLI 142K). That is a very recommendable series, though it needs to be noted that Professor Magagna is a demanding lecturer, strong on theory.
If you find anything to recommend about these, Saeed, I invite you to write a guest post about it. Would you want that?
Anne
Yes, I would be honored.
I haven't listened to most of the political ones yet. The one I have probably listened to the most is political science 114B by Brian Walker.
great, I am looking forward to your writing
